BIG NEWS!

We've been married less than 2 months and I am amazed at how much is going on! No, we're not expecting. Good guess though. ;)

For starters, Jacob began looking at more career ideas. After deciding against engineering and electrician, he decided… Welding! He has applied for Eastern Idaho Technical College and we plan to come back to Idaho in August when school starts. Jacob is doing a two year degree so two more years in Idaho.

Then there was our THRID Valentine's Day together. It was so nice having a full day just to enjoy time together. Our lives are getting so busy! Jacob got a Hot Cocoa maker, a sweet screw driver (trust me, it's pretty legit), some headphones, and a new skateboard deck which he loves. Jacob surprised me with getting my acrylic nails removed which was much needed. He also got me chocolates, a dinner date, a photography workshop and said I could go treat myself with a massage or a hair color. :) And that's not even the best part!

Valentine's evening we went ahead and got our tires replaced. After we did Jake said, "Jay, now that the tires are replaced, we could take a trip to New Mexico." GAH! I seriously freaked out right there and got a little teary eyed. I have missed Jodi like crazy and am so stocked to be taking a trip this summer to visit her and Jayden. :)

But wait. There's more news!

After a lot of thought, and a lot of prayer, I have decided to take up JayCee Photography full-time! I will be getting my tax ID, maybe an LLC license (still doing research on that), contracts, and a couple other legal things. We will still come home during the summer to work at Ross Construction, but then come August 2015, it will be time to focus on what I love. I will still have my Associates come April. But I have decided now is the time to live my dream, and to even make money off it.

An article I read recently actually really opened my mind to couple things and it's definitely a good read. You can read it here. Keep in mind, I'm not saying college should be thrown out for everyone. But for those of us who have a drive to do something a little different, it might be something to take into consideration.

Life is definitely eventful over here, but I can't express how blessed I am to have a hardworking husband who supports me in all I do. I totally married above myself. :)
